Head of Product

Click&Boat, a European leader in boat rentals and a product of Boats Group, is seeking a Head of Product to own the product direction across our core business as the VP Product focuses on the US expansion. You will lead four Senior Product Managers, drive decision making, connect the dots across squads, and ensure we focus on the most impactful problems. You will serve as the VP Product’s key counterpart on the core business with significant autonomy and ownership over product strategy, while collaborating closely with the senior leadership team.

What you’ll do - Translate strategy into clear priorities and align teams when priorities conflict. - Improve how the Product team operates, implementing key processes and cross-team initiatives without adding unnecessary complexity. - Understand the business, challenge senior stakeholders, and make sound decisions with imperfect information. - Mentor and develop experienced PMs.

What you bring - Fluency in English. - Substantial product leadership experience in a mature product organization. - Experience managing Senior PMs across multiple squads. - Comfort working with senior leadership on business and product decisions. - A combination of strategic thinking and hands-on, business-oriented execution.

The role will be based in Barcelona with a hybrid arrangement including 3 days per month in Paris (roughly 6–9 trips per year).
