Overview: We are seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups. The program is led by serial founders who have built and scaled unicorns and want to support outlier personalities to create €1B+ companies. Location: Pristina, Kosovo (remote-only).

Offer: You will be employed by us while you build your startup, with the option to receive up to €500k in funding. You will have 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders on a weekly basis and access to the top 0.1% of founders, peers, and investors. Our team can help with hiring through our network of over 50,000 professionals, and provide guidance to build a product-market fit and a sales/marketing engine. We also offer funding support to secure multi-million euro rounds within 12 months (EWOR Fellows have raised more than €2M on average). One fellow recently secured a €12M pre-seed investment in Europe.

Responsibilities

You will own, build, and run your startup in areas including Supply Chain. You will undertake a comprehensive personal development journey designed by unicorn founders. You will receive hiring support and best practices from our network, and intensive coaching to prepare your startup to raise millions. You will iterate your product with us until product-market-fit is achieved and receive assistance in building a sales force or a marketing engine.
