SQLI is seeking a Global Graphic & Motion Designer to own the visual identity of our global brand and ensure consistency, quality, and effectiveness across international markets. Based in Valencia, Spain, you will be embedded in the Global Marketing team and have the scope to shape how SQLI looks and communicates across regions including France, the United Kingdom, Germany, the Nordics, and the Middle East, among others.

You will create high-quality visual assets that strengthen the SQLI brand, produce dynamic motion graphics, and develop user-centric digital touchpoints. Working closely with the Global Communications Lead, you will ensure visual consistency while supporting global campaigns, enterprise event designs, and corporate communications. While the core mission is brand and demand generation, you will also provide creative support to HR for employer branding and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities: - Brand Development & Consistency: Own and evolve the SQLI global brand identity, create international design guidelines, and ensure a cohesive premium look across digital and physical channels. - Motion Graphics & Video: Conceptualize, storyboard, and animate motion graphics, video intros, animated social assets, and event teasers to drive engagement. - International Asset Production: Partner with regional marketing teams to build a scalable library of localized assets, including digital banners, sales decks, and whitepaper layouts. - Collaboration: Work with the Global Communications Lead to translate corporate messages, PR announcements, employee branding
