Recruiter.com is partnering with a well-established, nationally recognized consumer products company to recruit a G&A/Corporate Recruiter who will support a broad range of corporate and G&A hiring initiatives. This is a full-cycle recruitment role within a collaborative Talent Acquisition team that supports business-critical functions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies, source, screen, interview, and manage candidates across multiple corporate functions, and build strong talent pipelines for current and future needs. Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, gathering feedback, facilitating offer discussions, maintaining accurate candidate records in the ATS, tracking recruiting metrics, and advising on market trends and interview practices. Recruiting may include roles across Human Resources, Finance & Accounting, Legal, Procurement, Supply Chain, Marketing, Communications, Administrative & Executive Support, Corporate Strategy, and other business operations. Qualifications: 3+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience; experience recruiting for G&A and corporate functions; strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms; ability to manage multiple requisitions while maintaining quality and responsiveness; excellent communication and stakeholder management; experience with applicant tracking systems; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
