The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of admissions recruiting experience, and a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, management, sales, or a related field is preferred. Responsibilities include managing the full recruitment cycle (posting jobs, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, pre-employment screening, and onboarding support), building and maintaining a high-volume candidate pipeline, proactively sourcing qualified candidates from vocational schools and higher education institutions, conducting structured video interviews, partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and support hiring decisions, utilizing our ATS and recruiting tools, and leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed. This role requires legal authorization to work in the United States and a professional, distraction-free home office with reliable internet for Zoom interviews. The hourly rate is $26.00–$30.00, with actual pay based on experience and other factors; the position does not include company benefits or PTO.
