About The Role

At Advidi, every financial and commercial decision runs on data. Our business is growing, and so are our needs for excellent professionals. As the FP&A Analyst, you will join the Commercial Control and FP&A team and be a key contributor to proactive financial planning, reporting, and analysis that enable management to make data-driven commercial decisions. This is a new role integrating Data and Finance functions, and you will help streamline and scale FP&A processes.

Responsibilities

Performance Tracking & Analysis: Business Partnering & Strategic Support: Process Improvement:

• End-of-month, end-of-quarter, and end-of-year reporting on business performance to leadership and the board via the management reporting deck.
• Support budgeting and quarterly financial estimates.
• Build, maintain, and enhance dynamic financial models translating strategy into numbers.
• Perform scenario modeling to prepare for uncertainty and assess financial impact of strategic changes.
• Ensure data quality through thorough reconciliation and checks.
• Conduct variance analysis, explaining drivers behind differences between actuals and budget/forecast.
• Analyze campaign data (ARPU, margins, volume) to identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop expertise in our data to inform stakeholders with clear recommendations.
• Serve as a bridge within Finance and Data and across other teams, delivering financial insights clearly and actionably.
• Provide commercial finance support to leadership on strategic changes.
