We are actively seeking FAA Aircraft Dispatch Certificate (ADX) qualified candidates who may be a fit for future Flight Controller openings. Location: Chamblee, Georgia, on-site at the Member Operations Center (MOC). This Expression of Interest allows us to review applications on an ongoing basis, and qualified candidates may be contacted by our Talent Acquisition team to discuss experience, career interests, and potential alignment with future opportunities at Wheels Up. Responsibilities include briefing and re-briefing crewmembers on duties per Wheels Up manuals and regulations; exercising Operational Control of all Wheels Up flight activity; ensuring safety and legality of each flight; managing trip sheets and required documents; ensuring customs, immigration, and foreign regulations are met for each flight segment; monitoring flight following and disseminating information to relevant teams; tracking NOTAMs, TFRs, noise restrictions, FBO hours, and airport capabilities; proactively monitoring weather and ATC status and notifying stakeholders of schedule interruptions; coordinating daily trip logistics for crew and passengers (catering, hotels, ground transportation, and airline services); scheduling crewmembers and trips in compliance with FARs and internal policies; coordinating daily flight schedules to meet crew currency, qualifications, and airworthiness require
