Bath & Cabinet Experts is seeking an energetic Field Marketing Team Lead to spearhead local field marketing and sales initiatives in Cincinnati. This role represents our exclusive Jacuzzi Bath Remodel and Skybrook Kitchen brands at events, retail partner locations, trade shows, and community engagements. You will create memorable customer experiences to drive brand awareness and generate qualified leads, engaging with diverse audiences through friendly, informative conversations, and scheduling sales appointments via consultative interactions. You will lead a local team, coordinate evening and weekend events, and support lead nurturing and follow-up efforts with the marketing team. Occasional participation in new market initiatives and training of new team members is expected.

Qualifications include: outgoing, customer-service oriented; at least 1 year of experience in customer service (retail sales preferred); strong interpersonal and communication skills; flexible schedule with availability to work most evenings and weekends; reliable transportation able to travel locally to events with promotional materials; and the ability to stand for extended periods.
