Expansion Project Manager position based on-site in Elsbethen, Austria. You will lead expansion projects across Red Bull’s global Operations footprint, from initial scoping through to operational ramp-up, delivering high-impact production and logistics assets. Establish clear project plans, milestones and responsibilities; proactively manage dependencies across multiple workstreams; and coordinate with cross-functional teams across operations and beyond, including site development, plant engineering and automation, production and technology, IT implementation, logistics and procurement, quality management and ramp-up activities. Facilitate workshops and stakeholder updates, translate decisions into actions, and contribute to the continuous development of Red Bull’s Expansion Framework by capturing lessons learned and codifying best practices for future sites. Build a strong network of internal and external stakeholders to support collaboration and issue resolution, ensuring expansion projects support operational performance, future growth and long-term reliability.

Qualifications: University degree in engineering, supply chain management, operations management, business administration or related field.
