DemandTec is seeking an Events Marketing Manager to own end-to-end events for in-person and virtual experiences. From marquee tradeshows to intimate customer dinners and engaging virtual activations, you will be the strategic, cross-functional bridge between Marketing and Sales, turning event spend into qualified pipeline and measurable ROI, and delivering memorable high-touch experiences that differentiate DemandTec in the retail/CPG tech market. You will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure the right attendees, a clear pipeline goal, and post-event follow-up in our CRM.

What You'll Own: - Tradeshows & Industry Conferences: plan and execute core events (Groceryshop, NRF, NACS, FMI Midwinter) and other Retail/CPG/grocery/convenience shows; manage contracts, budgets, booth strategy, design, sponsorships, staffing, logistics, on-site execution, and post-event wrap-up. - Customer Events & Appreciation: design customer appreciation moments (dinners, receptions, VIP experiences) to deepen relationships with named strategic accounts and support retention/expansion; collaborate with Customer Success and Product Marketing. - Virtual Events & Experiential Activations: conceive and produce virtual activations beyond standard webinars; manage self-hosted webinar program (Zoom + HubSpot) from topic development through registration, promotion, run-of-show, and follow-up; align with campaigns and product launches. - Networking Events: plan regional dinners/meetups and industry mixers that build pipel
