Engineering Manager - Analytics House is a hands-on, player-coach leadership role within our global R&D team. This remote-first position is based with the ability to work across time zones including East Coast US, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Estonia, the Netherlands, Sweden, and Israel.

What you will do: - Lead and grow a team of engineers, owning delivery and people development. - Drive technical direction, architect with senior ICs, and uphold engineering standards. - Write and review code, partnering with product to shape roadmaps. - Manage hiring for your team, interview thoughtfully, and raise the bar. - Collaborate with Product, Design, GTM, and Customer Success to align cross-team initiatives. - Operate in an AI-augmented environment, applying AI thoughtfully to velocity and quality.

What we look for: - 10+ years of engineering experience, including 4+ years in engineering management with hands-on coding. - Experience building cloud-based SaaS on AWS, GCP, or Azure; strong database/SQL and BigQuery knowledge. - API-first mindset; experience delivering platforms with APIs in addition to UI. - Proven ability to transform an engineering team with measurable improvements. - Excellent judgment, direct communication, and ability to make decisions under pressure.
