Engineering Manager - Analytics House

DoiT is a global technology company helping cloud-driven organizations optimize cloud usage to drive growth and innovation. We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Analytics House engineering team in a hands-on, player-coach capacity. You will be embedded with your team, participate in daily standups, code reviews, architectural discussions, delivery planning, and performance management. This is a technical leadership role where you write and review code, influence architectural decisions, and stay current with the stack. Your mandate is to run the team, deliver impact, and grow its capabilities, balancing hands-on contribution with strategic leadership as the organization evolves.

Responsibilities - Lead a team of engineers, owning delivery and development, and coach for growth. - Drive a culture of continuous improvement and measurable team development, including regular 1:1s, growth plans, and performance reviews. - Develop the next layer of leadership—tech leads, senior engineers ready to manage, and ICs aiming for staff roles. - Provide technical leadership: write code, review code, shape architectural decisions, and maintain high engineering standards. - Own the team's roadmap and delivery cadence; collaborate with Product and Technical Product Owner to align priorities and trade-offs. - Hire and coach the team, upholding a high bar and serving as a role model for other engineering managers. - Communicate clearly with leadership, empower engineers, and collaborate with Product, Design, GTM, and Customer Success.
