IDOM is seeking a Document Controller to join the Buildings team in Madrid, Spain, to participate in complex international projects in the construction industry. This position is primarily office-based and combines document control activities with occasional travel to project sites. The successful candidate will manage document control throughout the project lifecycle, supporting mobilization, implementation and key delivery phases while ensuring effective document management.

Key responsibilities include monitoring the status of documents produced, managing design documentation, RFIs, submittals, technical deliverables, as-built documentation and handover dossiers, and using Common Data Environments (CDEs) such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Aconex and SharePoint for management, control and distribution of project documentation. You will be an advanced user of Microsoft Office and document management platforms, with knowledge of BIM-based workflows valued. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary, multinational team and should be able to work independently with a flair for innovation. A high level of English is required.
