This leadership role oversees capabilities that make recruiting more effective, scalable, and data-driven, including talent acquisition technology, operations and process excellence, analytics, sourcing effectiveness, employer branding and recruitment marketing, onboarding, governance, compliance, and investment optimization. You will partner with HR Operations, People Analytics, Legal, Procurement, Finance, and RPO partners to translate enterprise talent priorities into practical solutions that improve quality, speed, candidate and hiring-manager experience, productivity, compliance, and cost effectiveness. This is an onsite role based in Fort Worth, Texas, United States.
