Role: Development Operations & Analytics Manager

Reports to: Director of Development and Institutional Giving; as a key member of the Development team, you will drive the systems, processes, and analytics that power the organization’s fundraising efforts. You will oversee Salesforce and the team’s broader technology ecosystem, manage donor data and portfolio operations, translate fundraising strategy into operational execution, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology and process innovation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and proactive, with the ability to connect data, systems, and people to strengthen fundraising performance.
