Data Scientist to join the Data Platform & AI Team at Moncler Group in Milan, Italy. Your Impact: The Data Scientist will enhance customer insights by performing descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analyses on CRM and marketing data using Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Cloud Composer/Airflow or Dataflow) and Python. Responsibilities include: designing and executing segmentation, churn, propensity-to-buy, and CLV analyses; preparing analytical datasets in BigQuery and Python notebooks for modeling and A/B testing; building dashboards and reports for stakeholders using Power BI with aligned KPI definitions; collaborating with Data Engineering/DI to integrate historical data on GCP and modernize BI on Microsoft Fabric; monitoring model performance (drift, retraining, explainability) and proposing continuous improvements.
