GreenStone Farm Credit Services is seeking a Data Engineer to design and build scalable, secure, and resilient data pipelines that move data smoothly from source to insight. In this role you will own and enhance the enterprise Business Intelligence platform, ensuring it is optimized, reliable, and ready for future needs. You will partner with Finance and IT to turn raw data into meaningful stories and actionable insights, and you will lead ETL processes to maintain a steady flow of data. You will optimize queries, tune databases, and stay ahead of bottlenecks. You will automate reporting workflows, ensure data quality, and explore new technologies and cloud-based stream-processing systems (AWS or Azure). You will maintain thorough documentation and adhere to best practices in data warehousing, security, and compliance.

What you’ll bring: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or related field, and 1+ years of professional experience in data warehousing. Proficiency with Microsoft BI tools (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Power BI); strong SQL skills and Kimball data warehouse modeling; experience with Databricks and Python; certifications preferred; and a collaborative team player mindset.
