In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for Danish-speaking Fitbit users, assisting with device setup, troubleshooting, and the use of the Fitbit app on iOS and Android. You will provide clear, empathetic guidance on Fitbit's health and wellness features, including heart rate monitoring, sleep tracking, steps, and goal management; log all customer interactions in the CRM, escalate complex technical issues when needed, and stay informed on Fitbit product updates and wellness trends to provide accurate support. You will consistently meet or exceed KPIs such as customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates. Native or fluent Danish is essential, and an EU passport is mandatory for this position. Prior experience in customer support or a technical helpdesk is advantageous, but full training will be provided. This on-site role in Sofia requires a professional, customer-first mindset and the ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently.
