You’ll become a product and solutions expert, answering questions about products, pricing, and shipping quickly and confidently. Build business relationships with customers via phone, email, and chat in an in-person team environment. Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills are essential. Prior customer service experience is a plus, but training is provided.
