About the role Join Anthropic as a Customer Success Manager for Beneficial Deployments in Life Sciences. You will be a strategic partner and trusted advisor to leading organizations accelerating scientific discovery, helping them harness Claude across the API, Claude for Enterprise, Claude Code, and Claude Science to maximize their research outcomes. This hybrid role blends deep 1:1 account management with scaled programs. You will manage a portfolio of named strategic accounts—including research institutes, academic medical centers, foundations, and biotech/pharma organizations—developing genuine partnerships grounded in their research mission and capacity. You will drive model and use case optimization, implement change management, and expand usage across their organizations. You will also design and run one-to-many engagement programs (webinars, hackathons, onboarding cohorts, researcher communities) that extend Claude's impact beyond any single partner.
