Osmo is a digital olfaction company focused on enabling computers to smell to improve human health and well-being. We are seeking a meticulous Contract Sensory Panelist (Fragrance) to generate high-quality sensory data for our Olfactory Intelligence models. This part-time contract role is dedicated to using your sense of smell to evaluate fragrance samples and contribute to the digitization of scent. You will characterize odor behavior and performance, annotate with Osmo's internal scales and taxonomy, and track odor stability over time in samples from stability chambers and application tests. You will follow established protocols with objectivity and focus, panel after panel, and participate in required training to stay aligned with the team. On-site in Elizabeth, New Jersey, United States. Availability is 6 hours per day, 5 days a week. The role offers an hourly rate of $30 per hour for 4 hours of evaluation, with a 90-day probationary period at 20 hours/week, with potential to grow to 30 hours/week and become eligible for benefits.
