We are the Audi Revolut F1 Team, the official factory team of Audi entering the FIA Formula 1 World Championship in 2026. The team operates across multiple sites, including Hinwil, Switzerland, where chassis design and race operations are centered at Audi Motorsport AG. This position is based at Hinwil, Switzerland. You will help build proprietary geometry automation capabilities that accelerate car development, reduce manual engineering workload, and enable faster design iteration across aerodynamics, design, simulation, CAD, and PLM workflows. You will work at the intersection of computational geometry, software engineering, CAD/PLM integration, and high-performance motorsport engineering, collaborating closely with the engineering user base to present ideas, explain solutions, gather feedback, actively seek testers, and help users adopt new tools with confidence. The tools you develop will support a geometry tooling ecosystem used by hundreds of engineers and contribute directly to the speed, quality, and repeatability of F1 car development.
