The Community Manager partners with multiple Boards of Directors to develop goals for each Homeowners’ Association and to deploy strategic plans to achieve those goals. Key responsibilities include maintaining relationships with Boards, developing fiscal policies, managing budgets, overseeing vendor bids, monitoring delinquencies and collections, preparing annual budgets, administering legal issues and ensuring adherence to governing documents and applicable laws, and preparing agendas and Board meeting materials. Required qualifications include: 3+ years of HOA management or related experience; strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; customer service orientation; proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. CCAM® and/or CMCA® and AMS® designations are desirable. Education: two years’ prior front desk experience in residential/HOA/hotel settings preferred; some higher education or vocational training in hospitality is desirable.
