The ideal candidate will have strong resident relations, lead property staff, communicate effectively, and maintain a professional, team-oriented approach. Responsibilities include leading property staff, conducting candidate interviews, overseeing onboarding and training, approving timesheets, and conducting quarterly discussions and annual reviews in accordance with company policies. Drive the team to meet performance indicators, provide feedback to underperforming associates, and coordinate disciplinary actions with HR. Conduct ongoing training on leasing paperwork, safety, and daily operations. Motivate associates through recognition programs and team-building activities to boost morale and productivity.
