Community Manager – Philadelphia, PA CRM Residential is seeking an experienced and motivated Community Manager to lead a residential property in Philadelphia, PA. This role is responsible for the overall financial, operational, leasing, maintenance, and team performance of the property.

What You'll Do - Lead, train, and motivate the on-site property team. - Drive occupancy through leasing, marketing, and resident retention. - Oversee rent collections, budgets, expenses, and financial reporting. - Maintain strong resident relations and deliver excellent customer service. - Monitor maintenance operations, unit turnover, curb appeal, and vendor performance. - Conduct property inspections and address operational or safety concerns. - Ensure compliance with Fair Housing requirements and applicable housing programs. - Partner with the Regional Manager to achieve property goals. - Maintain accurate records using RealPage OneSite.

What We're Looking For - 2–5 years of property management or related management experience. - Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. - Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. - Experience with budgets, financial reports, vendors, and maintenance operations. - RealPage OneSite experience preferred. - College degree preferred, but not required. - Valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation required.
