This role will own the portfolio of high-impact growth bets, including non-food segments, and will architect the On-Demand operating model and the commercial toolkit that powers day-to-day execution. You will define partner operating models with differentiated approaches by partner size, act as the voice of the market on pricing, integrations, and incentives, and drive cross-functional collaboration to move initiatives from idea to execution. Responsibilities include owning the business development pipeline for new strategic bets and pilots, building and standardizing processes to enable the On-Demand team to operate efficiently at scale, and shaping the commercial strategy to sharpen our market positioning. Qualifications include 2+ years in a commercial or business development role with the ability to identify growth opportunities and implement strategic initiatives; proven experience as a Project Manager managing initiatives end-to-end; a data-driven mindset with SQL as a must-have to prioritize work; excellent stakeholder management with external partners and internal teams; a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset with strong ownership; solid English communication skills.
