JT Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Civil Engineering Manager to lead transportation design projects and mentor a high-performing team across Wisconsin offices in a hybrid work environment. The role offers broad project variety, opportunities to influence communities, and a collaborative, people-first culture. Key responsibilities include setting goals and implementing the team's vision, managing project scope, schedule, technical requirements, contractual obligations, client communications, staffing, and budgets through the full lifecycle; guiding transportation-related projects; building and maintaining client relationships; coordinating staffing, and upholding internal Quality Control processes. Qualifications include a B.S. in Civil Engineering, 10+ years of relevant experience with several years in project leadership, a Wisconsin Professional Engineer license or ability to obtain one, excellent written and verbal communication, a valid driver's license, and ability to travel to worksites and meetings; must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
