Inflexion is seeking a highly skilled Chief Accountant for an on-site role based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day accounting activities (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Bank Reconciliation), ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closes, and prepare financial statements in line with IFRS and company policy. You will monitor cash flow and working capital, manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensure UAE VAT compliance and coordinate VAT filings and corporate tax reporting. The role involves coordinating with external auditors and regulatory authorities, maintaining robust internal controls, and leading the accounting team. Extensive experience with ERP systems is required, with SAP S/4HANA or SAP Business One experience considered a plus. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance and professional qualifications (CA/ACCA/CPA/CMA). The candidate should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills and be capable of supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, variance analysis, and stakeholder management.
