Gas N Wash is seeking a Car Wash Sales Representative for an on-site role in Plainfield, Illinois, United States. In this position, you will be the friendly face and persuasive voice helping drivers discover the value of our unlimited wash plans, seasonal promotions, and premium upgrades—turning first-time visitors into loyal members. Responsibilities include greeting customers with energy, promoting unlimited wash memberships and gift cards, explaining wash packages and add-ons, and meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets while delivering outstanding service. You will assist with light operational tasks to ensure a smooth customer experience, safely direct vehicles into the car wash tunnel, and help maintain cleanliness inside and outside the facility, including landscaping. You will also learn to handle chemicals safely and use basic computer systems.

Requirements

1+ year of sales, retail, or customer service experience (car wash or automotive experience a plus). A confident, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting targets. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Team player with a genuine desire to help customers. Open availability including weekends. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to work on-site.
