The successful candidate will greet customers, promote unlimited wash memberships, gift cards, and service upgrades, and educate customers on different wash packages. You will meet and strive to exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service. You will assist with light operational tasks to ensure a smooth customer experience, safely direct vehicles into the car wash tunnel, and help maintain the cleanliness of the interior and exterior. Basic computer skills are required. Requirements include 1+ year of sales, retail, or customer service experience; a confident, outgoing personality; ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions; open weekend availability; ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
