Hydrafacial is seeking a Capital Sales Manager to drive new account acquisition in the United Kingdom South region, based in London. The role focuses on introducing physician practices, medical spas, and resort spas to Hydrafacial and the SkinHealth Systems treatment platform, and on closing initial capital equipment purchases to establish provider relationships. Responsibilities include engaging physicians, aestheticians, spa managers and office managers; demonstrating device technology and treatment protocols; identifying client needs and ROI benefits; generating leads through proactive cold-calling, walk-in visits, phone outreach, client networking, and social media; responding to inbound leads within 24 hours; maintaining a robust pipeline to meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets; providing weekly forecasts; developing strategic selling approaches; partnering with corporate account teams; transitioning new clients to the Regional Training Specialist and Business Development Manager; identifying upgrade opportunities within existing accounts; representing Hydrafacial and SkinHealth Systems at local trade shows, regional events and national sales meetings; performing other duties as assigned.
