Trane Technologies is seeking an Associate Product Manager for Equipment to join the Trane Supply product management team. This role will collaborate with sales, marketing, supply chain and engineering to ensure HVAC equipment offerings deliver value to customers across multiple market segments. Key responsibilities include developing product line strategy, supporting P&L and annual operating planning for the product lines, maintaining channel engagement, and preparing business and financial reports for leaders. You will help develop sales materials such as customer presentations and catalogs, identify unmet customer needs for new products or line extensions, and coordinate with marketing, commercialization, and sales to adjust portfolio strategy and promotional plans. The role requires strong data analysis skills (Excel required; Oracle BI and Tableau preferred), excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. Travel up to 10% is required. Bachelor's degree preferred; practical experience is encouraged for those without a four-year degree. Location: multiple locations across the United States (Vidalia GA; Bloomington MN; Clarksville TN; La Crosse WI; Mecklenburg County NC; Smith County TX), Hybrid work arrangement.
