The Assistant Sales Manager will support the Retail Store Manager in coaching and leading the sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and technology solutions from AT&T products and services. Salary range is $28,600 to $54,600 base plus commission/year. Responsibilities include achieving personal performance goals and AT&T standards; executing sales and operations initiatives; assisting with location operations, staffing, inventory, and store appearance; training and developing team members; helping customers make informed buying decisions; maintaining a positive, energetic work environment; collaborating with the team to exceed goals; and participating in marketing activities to maximize selling opportunities.
