The Assistant Retail Store Manager will assist the Retail Store Manager in coaching and leading the team to deliver the best customer experience and technology solutions from AT&T products and services offered by My Wireless. Responsibilities include meeting and exceeding personal performance goals and AT&T standards, executing sales and operational initiatives, assisting with location operations, staffing, inventory, and store appearance, developing and training team members, helping customers make buying decisions through outstanding service, and contributing to marketing activities to maximize sales opportunities.
