This role reports to the Retail Store Manager and offers a base salary range of $31,158.40 to $56,158.40 per year plus commissions. The successful candidate will assist the Store Manager in coaching and leading a team to provide outstanding customer service and technology solutions from AT&T products and services. Responsibilities include meeting and exceeding personal performance goals, supporting location operations (staffing, inventory, and store appearance), developing and training team members, helping customers make informed buying decisions, and participating in marketing activities to maximize selling opportunities.
