Area Sales Manager – Prešov and Košice regions. Slovnaft is looking for an experienced sales professional to cover the Prešov and Košice regions and drive regional growth. Responsibilities include ensuring the operational and technical state of service stations to meet required standards; achieving and monitoring defined operating parameters and economic efficiency indicators in the assigned areas; communicating with service station partners and staff to ensure successful realization of targets at each station; evaluating and recommending changes to sales processes, proposing new partners, products, and services; monitoring competitor activities and market changes; identifying customer needs; controlling the financial discipline of partners; handling specific or extraordinary operational and business situations; ensuring high-quality project implementation. Requirements: at least 3 years in sales; willingness to learn and develop; valid driving license category B; proficiency with MS Office; excellent negotiation and analytical skills; ambitious personality with good presentation and communication abilities; flexibility and willingness to travel; ability to work independently and in a team; intermediate English.
