Brainlab, a Munich-based health technology company, has been digitizing medical workflows for over 35 years to improve patient outcomes. We are seeking an Area Product Owner for Business Development within the RT Elements portfolio to shape the future of the world’s leading medical radiosurgery applications as part of an international, multidisciplinary team.

In this role you will drive the development pipeline by defining and analyzing potential deliverables not yet on the roadmap. You will leverage strong research and analytical skills to balance portfolio requirements, assess technical feasibility, support business plans, and prioritization decisions in collaboration with product management, business development, R&D engineers, customers, and academic partners.

Key responsibilities: - Supervise collaborations: conduct feasibility projects with customers, universities and internal collaborators. - Define the R&D roadmap: set priorities and ensure the backlog reflects the most valuable deliverables in alignment with the overall business strategy, customer demands, technical requirements and regulatory compliance. - Stakeholder management: work with RT Elements R&D teams, product management, clinical research partners, and industrial cooperation partners to enable clear communication and alignment.

Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in the clinical radiation therapy field. - Strong ability to understand R&D, product management and clinical requirements. - Ability to derive feasibility assessments in close collaboration with business development and the RT Elements
