Join SIXT as a Project Manager for Tech Governance & Compliance, owning end-to-end governance and compliance processes and audits across topics such as PCI DSS, annual IT audits, and the EU AI Act. You will act as the central interface between external auditors, certification bodies, and internal SIXT IT stakeholders, and design and optimize processes so audits become smoother and less manual. Identify opportunities to apply automation and AI to improve compliance operations, evidence handling, and reporting. You will lead cross-functional projects to close gaps, improve readiness, and ensure sustainable compliance across teams and divisions. Requirements: approximately 3–5 years of experience in project management, IT governance, IT compliance, audit-related roles, or consulting with strong IT touchpoints; proven stakeholder management; solid IT affinity; solution-oriented mindset; and comfort using AI as a productivity tool.
