The Analytics Engineering team is a high-leverage group that builds trusted data assets to improve decision making across the company. You will consult with stakeholders, build resilient data pipelines, and enable self-service analytics. This is a high-impact role with significant growth opportunities, and all positions at Postscript are fully remote within the United States. Primary duties include developing automated and resilient data transformation pipelines with version control, testing, and code reviews; defining processes to monitor data quality and proactively resolve issues; building the data harness for agentic development including prompting, skills, and evals; maintaining detailed documentation and semantic layers for humans and AI agents to consume; creating self-service tools (reports, dashboards, integrations) to democratize data and improve decision making; partnering with Finance, GTM, and Product to define metrics and data needs; and collaborating with Data Engineering and Product to ensure upstream data sources are delivered with the right frequency, grain, and information to support business objectives.
