Accounting Intern – on-site in Timișoara, Romania. Continental is looking for an Accounting Intern to support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities. This hands-on role provides exposure to core accounting processes, ERP systems, and collaboration with experienced professionals. You will help maintain smooth workflows, assist with month-end close, and support both AP and AR teams in achieving operational excellence.

Responsibilities include: AP – receive, verify and process supplier invoices; ensure timely posting; maintain vendor records; support month-end closing and daily operations. AR – prepare and issue customer invoices; follow up on transmission; record payments and reconcile customer accounts; monitor balances and assist with collections; support AR month-end close.

Qualifications: current university studies in economics or finance; proficiency in MS Office; SAP FI is a plus; English: intermediate; German: advanced; analytical and logical thinking; initiative and proactiveness; self-motivation and positive attitude; willingness to work in an international environment; team player.
