IQ-EQ, a global investor services group, is seeking an ITAA-certified Accountant to join the Core Team Accounting in Belgium. The role is based in Brussels, Belgium with a hybrid working arrangement.

What you'll do: - Conduct technical reviews of accounting deliverables across bookkeeping, financial statements, management reporting and tax returns, ensuring compliance with Lux GAAP, BeGAAP, IFRS and US GAAP, alongside internal quality procedures. - Manage a portfolio of clients, primarily SPVs and alternative investment funds in Belgium and Luxembourg, serving as the technical reference for complex accounting matters and client requests. - Provide technical guidance and feedback to Accounting and GCD teams, supporting professional development and ensuring consistent application of accounting standards across the organization. - Oversee the correct and timely use of internal systems and tools (Navigator WF, Navigator Doc, QICS); verify adherence to procedures and participate in process improvement reviews. - Identify and remediate technical risks, inconsistencies and errors in accounting work, ensuring all deliverables meet regulatory requirements and client-specific expectations.
