We are seeking an Account Manager for Synthesis & Overnight Sequencing (ONS) to join our UK sales team. The role is remote in the United Kingdom with overnight travel up to 50% of the time, depending on territory. Territory includes London and Norwich (with activity in Cambridge). You will be the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of designated accounts within your region, focusing on introducing our multiomics services, particularly Synthesis and Overnight Sequencing, and delivering solutions that meet client needs. You will drive revenue by maintaining high levels of client satisfaction, driving retention, renewals, and expansion of new or existing business. Responsibilities include achieving annual sales goals within defined accounts, developing account management strategies, collaborating with Marketing on campaigns and vendor shows, and working cross-functionally with other Account Managers, Inside Sales, Technical Support, and Corporate Accounts. Requirements include a University Degree in Biology or Life Sciences, relevant account management experience in the region, strong knowledge of Synthesis and Overnight Sequencing, a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals, keen business acumen, analytical and organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and a valid driver's license.
