We are seeking an Account Manager for Personal Lines who will manage the day-to-day service and execution of an assigned book of business, acting as the operational owner of the client experience and collaborating with Producers, Account Executives, and internal partners to support new business, renewals, implementations, and ongoing service.

Key responsibilities include serving as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients, handling coverage, eligibility, billing, claims service, policy changes, and certificates; proactively communicating timelines, deadlines, and next steps; identifying coverage gaps, risks, and opportunities to expand client relationships; owning the service execution of new business and renewals (timelines, applications, submissions, marketing, proposals, and implementation); reviewing proposals and renewal materials for accuracy and participating in client meetings as appropriate; processing endorsements, audits, cancellations, AORs, certificates, finance agreements, and other policy transactions; reviewing carrier documents for accuracy and obtaining corrections when needed; ensuring accurate invoicing and educating clients on billing requirements; maintaining complete account records in the agency management system; reviewing Account Coordinator work for accuracy and adherence to procedures; staying current on carrier updates, insurance regulations, and industry trends and engaging technical, compliance, or underwriting resources as needed; performing other du
