Role: As an Account Manager, you will capture and generate new Partners within the technology ecosystem (ISVs and MSPs), with a strong hunter profile (about 80% of the role). You will also develop and grow the portfolio of existing Partners through upselling and new business opportunities (about 20% farming). You will identify and develop business opportunities with Partners, leveraging our cloud product portfolio to reach the end customer. You will drive demand through joint Partner initiatives (workshops, events, trade shows). You will contribute to the Partner Program development: qualification, support, and growth of the network.

What we’re looking for: 2-3 years of B2B sales experience in the IT sector, ideally in Cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and within a Partner ecosystem. Strong consultative B2B selling skills, comfortable with sales cycles from 2 to 6 months. An outgoing, goal-oriented, autonomous, resourceful person with strong prospecting abilities and the capacity to work in a team and under pressure. Willingness to travel nationally on a regular basis; valid driving license and own vehicle are essential. A network of contacts or client portfolio is highly valued. Commercial education, ideally IT-oriented; cloud certifications a plus but not mandatory. Sufficient English to interact with international colleagues (day-to-day work is in Spanish).
