A multi-state design firm seeks a Site Design Project Manager for an on-site role in Omaha, Nebraska, United States. Responsibilities include developing project scopes, schedules, and budgets; ensuring projects are completed on schedule; negotiating complex contracts; leading project execution; assembling and managing project teams; coordinating internal resources; assigning responsibilities to align technical skills with project objectives; monitoring progress to ensure deliverables stay within scope, schedule, and budget; managing change requests and applying risk management techniques to minimize negative financial impact; coordinating detailed reviews of technical work; building and maintaining client relationships; and documenting all project deliverables and maintaining project records. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or landscape architecture; 6+ years of site design and development experience; Professional Engineer (PE) or Landscape Architect; project management experience including scope, schedule, and budget control; experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
