A multi-state design firm is seeking a Site Design Project Manager to join its Lincoln, Nebraska team. Responsibilities include managing project scopes, schedules, and budgets; ensuring timely project delivery; leading complex contract negotiations; coordinating and leading project plans; assembling and managing project teams; coordinating internal resources; assigning responsibilities to align technical skills with project objectives; monitoring progress to ensure deliverables stay within scope, schedule, and budget; managing change requests and risk to minimize financial impact; reviewing technical work in detail; building and maintaining client relationships; and documenting all project deliverables and records, including correspondence and design plans; and mentoring junior staff. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or landscape architecture; 6+ years of site design and development experience; Professional Engineer (PE) or Landscape Architect; project management experience including scope, schedule, and budget control; experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
