The successful candidate will develop and execute the product strategy for Class 1 material handling equipment, collaborate with engineering, design, and manufacturing to define features and performance requirements, and conduct market analysis to identify customer needs and differentiators. The Product Manager will monitor competitive offerings and plan product launches with marketing and sales, while engaging with customers to capture requirements and feedback and developing training materials for internal teams and channel partners. The role also involves tracking product performance and working with sales to meet revenue targets, staying current with industry trends and standards. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred), a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in the material handling industry focusing on Class 1 equipment, proficiency with Microsoft Office and product management tools, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 30%).
