Epicor is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own Prism Core, our foundational platform for AI orchestration. Prism Core coordinates requests across third-party AI models and Prism’s own core agents, with guardrails, safety controls, usage analytics, and monetization baked in. In this platform-first role, you will define routing rules, determine which model or agent handles each request, and evolve the system as new models and capabilities are introduced. You will lead a lean, senior cross-functional team and own the product scope, taking responsibility for product decisions end-to-end while collaborating with engineering, design, and security.

What you’ll do - Own the orchestrator: decide how requests are routed to third-party models or Prism’s core agents and evolve routing as new models become available. - Own guardrails and safety: implement responsible-AI and safety controls to ensure the platform stays within defined limits. - Own security and access posture: manage identity, access and audit controls and work with the security team to harden the platform. - Own usage tracking and monetization: define how usage is measured, billed and reported across all products and customers. - Own model selection and evaluation: determine which models are supported and how the roster changes over time, and ensure updates pass Epicor’s evaluation suite with real usage data. - Own core agents: maintain Prism Core’s first-party agents to enable other product teams to build on top. - Partner across teams: align with the Workflow Engine team and other Prism product teams to ensure shar
