The Field Project Manager–Concrete Forms plays a critical role in driving the successful execution of concrete formwork projects—from contract award through final closeout. This position ensures every project meets customer expectations while delivering on operational excellence, financial performance, and schedule commitments. As the central point of communication between customers and internal teams—including Sales, Design/Estimating, and Operations—you will lead the coordination of design, fabrication, delivery, and field support to ensure seamless project success. Essential Duties & Responsibilities - Manage projects end-to-end, coordinating across Sales, Design, Estimating, Purchasing, Production, Delivery, and Field Support. - Develop and manage critical project timelines; obtain customer approval and track progress through completion and customer satisfaction. - Lead project kickoff and ongoing communication to confirm scope, dates, constraints, and formwork requirements (rental vs sale, CNC/custom needs, architectural features, pour breaks, etc.). - Review and approve formwork design/detail drawings prior to release; support internal technical reviews and customer approval cycles. - Actively manage project-related inventory and equipment availability; collaborate with Operations and Rental leadership as needed. - Monitor production progress, labor and
