About the role

Founding Product Manager for a seed-stage B2B SaaS startup building AI-powered tools for the trades and home services sector. This is a true founding-team role where you will own product direction end-to-end, ship features with engineering, and directly shape how the product scales as the company grows. If you thrive in a fast, high-ownership environment with direct feedback, this is for you. Visa sponsorship is not available. Fluent German and English are required.

Responsibilities

Own product direction from problem discovery through shipping, translating company goals into product bets, priorities, and tradeoffs (including AI-first considerations).
Work closely with engineering to scope, design, and ship features quickly; make decisions with incomplete data and course-correct as needed.
Develop deep understanding of users, workflows, and constraints in the trades/home services space; bring clarity to the team on what is being built, why, and what "done" means.

Be present on-site daily in San Francisco, CA.

Requirements

Fluent German (spoken and written) and English.
AI-native mindset with hands-on experience applying AI-first product patterns.
End-to-end product ownership experience.
Comfortable making decisions under uncertainty; strong collaboration with engineers; able to reason about systems and constraints.
Experience in fast-paced early-stage startups; domain experience in crafts/home services SMBs or s
